Development Details:
Kalamaki Sunset Villas is a development of four luxury detached villas each with its own pool! The plot size is 2,500sqm (each villa has a plot of 500sqm and the remaining 500sqm will be divided equally between the villas where gardens of grass, trees, bushes and flowers will be constructed). Each of the four plots of 500 sqm each is to be fenced by a wall 1m high and a wooden fence 1m high on top of the wall. The common area is also to be fenced and a main entrance with a main common path is going to give access both to the entrances of the four villas and to the common area in the back. The four villas will share a covered with pergolas parking area for four cars.
This luxury resort consists of four 3 bedrooms villas of 130 sqm each with the proposed following features:
- Ground floor, 80 sqm surface (without the patio): large living room with a fireplace, dining area, open plan kitchen, storage area, bedroom and guest bathroom consisting of furniture with sink, toilet and shower cabin. The living room has access through large glass doors to a covered patio of 20 sqm surface, while the bedroom has access to a small veranda covered by pergola.
- First floor, 50 sqm surface (without the verandas): two bedrooms with large wardrobes, and a big main bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, furniture with sink and toilet. Both bedrooms have access to a veranda which has 30 sqm surface.
Each villa is delivered to the client with ceramic cooker hood, oven, fan extractor, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. In the living area a 17.000 BTU clima unit (air conditioner and heater) is installed, and also in each bedroom a 9.000 BTU clima unit (air conditioner and heater) is installed.
A satellite dish with TV-Satellite plugs in the living room and each bedroom is also included in the standard equipment.
In each of the four plots which are 500 sqm each together with the villa a pool of net dimensions 7m X 4m with skimmer is to be built. The area two meters around the pool is to be covered by stamped concrete in the shape of natural stone. Patios of stamped concrete will lead to the main entrance of the villa and the area of the pool. In each plot there is going to be a shower for a quick wash after a dive in the pool and also a BBQ. Landscaping with grass, flowers, trees and bushes is a standard feature for the plot of each villa. The outside walls of each villa are to be covered in certain areas by decorative stone.
