Paros (Greek: Πάρος) is an island of Greece in the central Aegean Sea. One of the Cyclades island group, it lies to the west of Naxos, with which it is separated by a channel about 8 km (5 mi) wide. It lies approximately 100 nmi (185 km) south-east of Piraeus. Today, Paros is one of the most popular European tourist hotspots. The Municipality of Paros includes numerous uninhabited offshore islets totaling 196.308 km² of land. Its nearest neighbor is the Community of Antiparos, lying to its southwest. Paros also became known for its fine white marble which gave rise to the term Parian which is used for China and fine marbles worldwide.[2] The island has also been called Venetian: Paro.

The complex of houses is located in Santa Maria, Paros, in an 11,000sqm area with an open view to the south-east Aegean and at a walking distance from the sea.
The 7 independant houses of the complex combine perfectly the traditional cycladic architecture with the modern, practical and comfortable way of living. Special emphasis is given to the use of high-standard construction materials, ideal for the weather conditions of the Greek islands and stylish design.
Traditionally plastered stone walls(50cm), ceilings decorated with wooden crossbars, fireplaces and built in showers are some of the main characteristics while all houses will have separated/private gardens in the front and back as well as 2 parking places.
